Final drive - chip stick

I've managed to get a chip/scrape on the final drive of my 1250 GSA where I caught my boot on it whilst on the move.It's in the Kalamata Colour Scheme, so final drive painted black.

Anyone else managed to use a chip stick to clean something like this up and found a good match?
