Finally Spanish Registered

Finally all registered. Bit of a Dick dance what with the beurocracy and taxes but all done.
Initially, lights dip wrong way - changed.
Silencers - too loud - changed - then changed back
Weight - too heavy - screen, luggage removed - then refittedy
Now just got to get back over and ride the thing

Spain is like Disneyland with its regulations . . . . . . I know someone that had their bike "measured" (length) as part of the matriculation process . Do they really think BMW made different length bikes for different countries ?

Yup, bike was measured for length and height and weighed and checked against certificate of conformity. Cos the weight wouldn't match up I had to strip off all the bits. To be fair the itv tester was very good.
Will have to put original pipes on for next testing cos slash cuts are way toooo loud.
Insurance only €100 for yhe the year woohoo.

Bike insured through Axa in Spain.
