I have connected my Zumo 660 and opened 'My Dashboard'.
There is the usual tab 'A software update is available', but once I accept the agreement, that's it. I get stuck on the screen that says ''Establishing communications with your device...'', but nothing ever happens.
I tried a hard reset, but nothing...What could be wrong?
