first 2017 Wazzer pics (New'ish GS)

Actually people said that the RSV4 was uncomfortable, but I found it was the most comfy sportsbike I have ever ridden. A high seat makes for good knee angle.

There is nothing wrong with the GS at all, it is not just an Old Mans bike, though its reputation does say it should be. My earlier comment was supposed to be tongue in cheek. Would love to see more younger people on GS`s, or indeed any motorbike, whether Sports, retro, touring, whatever whatever whatever......loads of bikes to choose from now and they are all great, bar none.

I think it was the tone of your reply he didn't like. I don't blame him.

Well, if he's going to join in and try and take this piss out of something he knows nothing about, he should develop a thicker skin.

I am 6'3" and in no way will I ever go on a heap of shit panigalle because ill never recover from that fOOked
up riding position.

oi! im 57 and ride a pani 1299 r and hand on heart it aint uncomfortable as you think ..at crusing speeds its just as comfortable as my LC... also the build quality FAR exceeds the german mile muncher :rob

What are you on about, I'm 33 and I just bought my first R1200GS after trading in my F800GSA.

It's a heap of shit because you're old?

No, It Heap of shit because it is my oppinion and I am bloody well entitled to it, besides it is probably cheaper to "own" Italian woman than an Italian car or motorcycle. How the Fook do you get to buy a PANNIGALE :barf and 2 months later have to replace a chain under warranty because it has gone rusty? then two months later do same thing all over again???? :blast

I think I'll stick with an old mans bike. :aidan

Well, eventually we all hit midlife crisis :green gri:P

Personal preference and personal choice. Sadly my practical side comes out before what I am seen on. On my GS LC I can get them pannier stuffed with stuff I normally wouldn't be able to transport on the sports bike.
