Don't mind him, Og ;)

Its Sat 25th & Sun 26th March.

I'm hoping to take the Friday off & head up a bit earlier than most. That way I'm not rushing on Sat morning & might even get a few miles in before everyone else arrives :thumb

If Dellis was interested (or indeed anyone else) we could ride up together.

Be good if you could make it - the roads are great & some of the tossers are alright too :D :D

Wizard;
i f*rt in your general direction :dabone

Jockser;
meeting up on the friday=good plan. will try to liase nearer the time :thumb

Whatton and Da Brit contingent in general;
our sheep are much friendlier than Welsh ones :eek: annnnd....
if you like and schedules permit :nenau - maybe we could meet on the Friday at the ferry (if yer coming in through Dublin) and escort you through the mayhem of "lively" Dublin traffic :confused: :D .

Mr Organiser;
(polite aint i :cool: ) having checked with my Social Secretary ;) i would like to book a double room for Mrs and Mr Og. please advise of any costs/confirmations/brown envleopes you may need in advance.

Thank you :bow i'm serious now! :bow - for the kick up the jaxie i needed and the weekend away we both (me an' Herself) need even more :thumb :thumb :thumb

Og.
(should i bring me bucket and spade?)

Well done Mr & Mrs Og :thumb

Good to know youse are coming - but trust me, there'll be no time for a bucket & spade ;)

And with herself coming there's a much better chance you'll head in the right direction when you get to the M50 :D :D

In fairness, we probably could have done with them in Cavan :confused:

Og, I fail to even wrinkle my nose at your uncouth malfeasance. After living in Belfast for over a decade, it's an unexpected surprise to get the odour without a bit more *ahem* substance to it :dabone

:bounce1

I will be in Donegal on Saturday to finalise the arrangements for accommodation.

Hopefully by Saturday evening I will be able to post all the details.

Thanks for all your interest. Should be a good weekend.

Ogmearse :D :D :D

Thanks for the offer Ogmios but I'm going to live life on the edge.

I'm trying to model myself on Steptoe and become at peace with the world by embarking on a solo journey through a mystical foreign country, meeting as many of the colourful local natives as I pass through their lives.

I will overcome the language barrier using Steptoe’s tried and tested method of screaming at small children and then giving them Tic-Tacs. In this way I hope to learn the true meaning of "Go do one"

You're certainly gonna 'live life on the edge' if ya shack up with that big tosser :D :D

And the locals don't get any more colourful than those in Donegal ;)

Dellis is interested. The boat I've booked on docks around 10.30am on friday in Dun Laoghaire. I was then planning to head west towards Galway then in the general direction of Sligo stopping at a B&B somewhere between Sligo and Letterkenny. If this fits with your plans let me know.

Cheers

I'm starting to sense the potential for a week off here :D
