First Port Of Call For A Pint?

Following an earlier suggestion for meeting and greeting on arrival, what about meeting here for a pint once you've booked in/pitched yer tent etc. That way, folk arriving on their own or who ha'e nae pals will know where to team up with other Tossers.

AFAIK, it looks over the water so you'll be able to welcome the arrivals as they stroll into town.

Forget the Guiness, make it with Champagne the real thing!, better still substitute Kirsch for the blackcurrant and have yourself a Kirsch Royale

Lads,

A few of us were up in Ullapool a few weeks ago, and made the mistake of having one dinner in the Argyle Hotel (which had been pretty good last year).

The meal was declared by all eight of us to be low-grade dogfood.

I would recommend that you keep the Argyle as an absolute last resort, and only after you have rummaged through the waste bins by the chippy and found nowt there
