First timer needs advice!!

Hi Guys

Have just relocated from Bristol to Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk and am looking for a good competent independent dealership to look after my pride and joy.(R1150GS)
I can't afford Motorrad prices, so would appreciate any advice you can give.

Can't find any body on the web, so hope you know different........

I'm sure that someone as resourceful as you can find ways of making himself understood. Besides which, being vegetarian doesn't necessarily mean having a shortage of protein but it is a good way to avoid getting gout.

Ignoring the obvious and predictable response to that I shall instead go back to the OP and say, no, I don't know of anyone independent up here (I'm Harwich rather that Bury, but it's a big old patch this here 6 finger land )



I still prefer to take my bike to Steptoe in SW London, believe it or not.......it's a good ride, a bit of country , a bit of duel carriageway and either a motorway or a sight-seeing trip through London, but 1) he's worth it and 2) er....he's worth it again.

Cambridge Motorcycles have a BMW trained technician called Christian. My 1100 is currently with them having a new clutch and recon gearbox fitted. I will let you know how it is when I get it back. It seems to be taking rather longer than I had anticipated!
