Did my Haiti donation via EBay/Paypal

Donation to DEC Haiti Earthquake Appeal processed by MissionFish:aidan

Thank You:thumb2

Phil, where / how did you do the Paypal thing ?
I can't find any mention of it on the DEC donation page :nenau

Jockser,
Lately every time I pay for Ebay Goods via PayPal it gives me the option of also donating to Haiti via a tick box.

Mission Fish is quite fitting I thought:aidan

Cut&Pasted...........

How it works

When you pay using eBay Checkout for an item you’ve won, you can give £1 to a featured charity. By adding a little extra to your purchase, you can support a good cause when you shop on eBay.

If you choose this optional donation, your total transaction cost will increase by £1.

To give £1 from eBay Checkout:
Tick the box that says “Add a £1.00 donation to my order”
Pay for your purchase with PayPal. If you do not want to pay by PayPal, you’ll be asked to go back and remove the donation.
How your donation is collected

Your donation will be collected and delivered by MissionFish, our charity partner. Note that the £1 donation will appear as a separate transaction, paid to MissionFish, in your PayPal account.

MissionFish charges 5p to cover its costs in paying the donations to charities, and providing the technology that makes collecting the donations possible. The charity will receive 95p from each donation.

You can support good causes in other ways when you buy and sell an item on eBay. Learn more at http://www.ebay.co.uk/ebayforcharity.

I'm blaming the potholes on the fishdash for my final drive wheel bearing failure on the m50 this morning! Thanks to all the bikes that pulled in to see if I needed help. Nice to know we look out fr each other. Had to wait for two hours freezing my ass off for the recovery truck to take me to duffys! She's in getting patched up now. Hope she's better for the mmmmt! After I pay the bill I reckon I'll be lucky if I can afford the petrol for the run much less the b&bs!
