Very nice !

I have only one small concern about mine. When you put your hand over the end of the can when its running the exhaust gases seem very close to the Indicator although just below it. Anyone had problems with the indicator melting using a LV ?

Delboy,I have had my LV full system on for about 8 months or so, and yes your right It is close to the indicators but mine are still on and I have the rear panniers rack fitted too and so far I have no problems as yet

Been thinking about swapping the GS for a GSA larger tank is my main reason but also since the other half likes the odd spin on the bike i think the ESA might be a good move making for easy changing for two up. Whats your thoughts on the GSA over the GS? I have a 2011 GS in bog standard trim no ABS or anything fancy.

Strap some thin aluminium sheet** under the indicator with cable ties. If it's cold under all riding types then take it away. If it gets warm you'll know it's protecting the indicator stalk.

** some layers of cooking foil and sticky tape will do for a test.

I bought the GSA about two years ago, it has all the whistles and bells,it's on but I am used to quick sports bikes. So at the mo I am still debating if I like em or not

Stick with it... I made the move from sport bikes 5 years ago.... Hated my first GS... So much, I wanted my ZX9 back !!!!! Now I'm on my 3rd GSA ... Love it.... Got one of the last triple black air cooled.... Does everything.... Including track days!!!!! Really pisses the " power ranger" brigade off.....:green gri

Yes, I going to keep the bike for a while longer, I have fitted a full de-chatted system fitted and the air sensor & K&N fitted just to see if that improves the bike a bit

It's not the bike that needs to improve....its YOU that needs to change riding style..... !!!!! Feel the force.... Smoothness is the key.... Ok ... Sportsbikes will have the edge on the straights..... But you can really upset them on the twisties.... ;)

Get a remap or a Power Commander. Either one will make a big difference, give you a bit more power but more importantly smooth the rough edges off power delivery. It may give you something a little more to what you are looking for.

As mentioned, you need to think a bit differently on a GS and it's not about raw power.

K&N filter won't do much
A decent decat exhaust system does a lot especially with a remap or Power Commander will certainly make the engine much nicer to use and gives more top end power.
But anyone buying the bike for top end performance is likely to be disappointed

The accelerator module I tried just pushed up the fuel consumption with little benefit that I could feel.

I like that, very nice rich, do you get the dreaded stain on the collector box from chain wax/oil drip, off the chain !

Not yet, Dave. I only spray a thin coating of the Wurth dry lube, and it hasn't dripped at all. And even if it did, I have a plethora of cleaning products out in the garage to clean it up!:D

Yes it is a sweet sound, although ive not tried it with the baffle removed yet. My bike is a 2013, 90th Anniversary GSA. It was a pre reg when i bought it in Sep 2013 it was reg in June and had zero miles on the clock, bought from Cooper BMW Sunderland.

Best GSA ever then 👍
