Fitting 1150GSA panniers to the 1150GS

I have the black plastic system panniers on my 1150GS, but always fancied the GSA metal ones - how easily can they be fitted? Assume I'd need to remove the plastic rails from the GS and then have the GSA rails fitted first. Expensive??

No idea about cost, but just keeping your eye open on here for a set will save you a few pennies over what BMW charge.

Think the only thing you will need to change is the footpegs, but you may be able to do an exchange if you bought 2nd hand
