Fitting a tank bag to 2013 GSA

I wish to fit a tank bag to my GSA ( BMW R1200GSA 2013 special 90 year edition). I have been given a present of a SW-Motech ION one bag with tank ring. There are no fixing positions visible surrounding filler cap. If I remove fairing and tank covering, will I find fixing bolt locations. Is it possible to fit this bag? Advice please.

If it's the same as the Givi Version, you have to buy the Fitting Ring that incorporates the Filler Cap.
The Fixings are inside the Filler Neck.
