Hi all

Just been browsing on line for mounting brackets so I can use the touratech mount I have already (this one)and mount my nav to the new bike once I get it. I did find this in the tt website:

http://www.touratech.com/shops/008/product_info.php?cPath=3_40_306&products_id=4998

But, for not a very descriptive reason, it says it can't be used with the V1 rider mount... So some more digging on there came across this one:

http://www.touratech.com/shops/008/product_info.php?cPath=3_40_306&products_id=9252

Which has no mention about not being compatible... No real idea... Does anyone have the TT Mount for the RiderV1 at all??

I'd rather the nav be above the dials if I'm honest, but if the only option is to get the handlebar bracket... :( It was ok on the bars on my old Bandit, but I did lose the rev counter when it was fitted...

Paul,

Its about a year ago that a paramedic tosser stuck one under my nose and was on a 'new' plate 12GSA.

Removing the screen it went on LHS of clocks with RAM-B-149Z mount, the clamp plates are removed and the diamond base of the mount kit, picks up on two centreline fix holes, as you've four fixings, use two of 'em to attach diamond base onto TT cradle. As I recall :rob the cradle is a long fecking thing and with screen attached needed to extend the arm length with double ball (RAM-B-230) and second arm (RAM-B-201 or RAM-B-201-A .. can't be sure which one :rob). HTH.

Thanks for the info :) I've got most of the old RAM-mount in the shed somewhere, aswell as some other bits I've collected over the years, so will see what I can do :)
