fitting Akrapovic headers with touratech sump gaurd

Hi all, I sold a TC about 3 years ago and when I had it I tried to fit Akra headers on it and found that the front link pipe didn't run straight and fouled on one side of my Touratech sump guard, after hours of 'fannying' around I decided to get a set of Remus ones without the link pipe. There was talk on here that Akrapovic were looking into this? ........................................... As of 6 weeks ago I now own another TC .............................. the Touratech sump guard is on its way .......................... the rear Akra is fitted and soon i'll be looking to replace the front pipes. I prefer the look of the Akra front set up but if they haven't changed since the last time I tried fitting a set with the larger sump guard i'll probably end up with a Remus set ...................................

Question is : Has anyone successfully fitted a set of Akrapovic headers on a GSA TC with the larger Touratech sump guard fitted?

Go for keihan headers instead. Works for me with the Akro can

Thanks Rob, I'd never heard of these but from other reviews they are better than the Remus ones and cheaper ............. Win Win ............................. and they'll fit
