Picked up a new GS a couple of weeks ago, was going to get engine bars fitted but for various reasons didn't.
As it's my new pride and joy I'm **** scared of dropping it so would now like to fit some crash protection, I've looked at the aftermarket stuff and read the threads on this site, decided that I'd like to fit the Wunderlich bars. Alternative of course is to get my dealer to fit the factory bars but they do seem (how do I say this politely?!?!) rather expensive.
My question is, how difficult are they to fit? I'm a bit worried about buggering around with a new (not inexpensive!) bike.....
Alternative of course is to get my dealer to fit the factory bars but they do seem (how do I say this politely?!?!) rather expensive.
Any advice appreciated.
