Is anyone using this setup? When I look at my C2 I really can't see how the microphone can be fitted. Or is there a way to loosen up the interior of the helmet and fit the microphone pipe next to the outer shell?

Thanks
Karl

Although you can fit the standard Scala headset to a C2 using the clamp mount but you will find that the boom for the mic is too short and it put the mic next to your cheek making you almost inaudable to your pillion (from experiance).

I bought an extra long boom mounting kit which also comes with the adhesive mounting option which is much, much better - I use the standard mount on my TourX so it isn't waisted.

From what I have seen on Ebay it seems like the new 2009 version all come with these longer boom mounting kit.
I could actually use two kits as well since I also have a Shoei Hornet.
I will keep this in mind when I purchase the Scala Rider.
Thanks..
