Many of you have probably already fitted one of these and I was wondering what the best way to do it is, I have a GS with a GSA screen.

Thanks.

Mines on the screen crossbar (08 GSA). Has a bit of a shake on it on tickover but ok when running. Beware, however, that the clamps can mark the bar.

bloody hard work....

I struggled with mine.... couldnt get it where I wanted it. (05 GS with GSA screen)

So it is now attached to one of these......

so it goes.. alder mount onto screen bar (that had to be trimmed to fit nicely). Tourtwat mount then bolted to Alder mount (had to re drill the base plate for TT plate). Then Garmin mount in TT anti shake mount.

Right bl88dy pallava but it looks pretty sexy now.... I'll take a pic if you're interested....?

The Alder mount is the best way on a GSA screen and use 'second skin' or a similar protective cover around the bar to save it getting scratched.
The only problem you will have is that due to the shape of the 550 mount your rev counter will be obscured, (easily fixed by buying a Zumo 660).

Thanks for the help, yes a picture would be helpful, and there was I thinking it would be simply a case of buuying TT bracket and finding a spanner...

:hammer

Apols for reflections and dead flies.... had a nice play today.... :D
