Hi all.
Had a triffic day, nice to meet everybody. Iv'e wanted to go to Clouds Hill for years. Didn't realise how bloody small it is!
Great run through with the drop off system, works a treat.
Aprox 550 miles, start and end in the dark and wet, very very wet.

Have a small problem now. I have to get Noddy clean and dry before grandson realises he's been on his travels.
Involves removing the cable ties, and the tent peg that I stuffed up his arse to keep him upright!

Till next time
Noddy.

OOppssssssssss. Forgot other people read the treads.
This is Noddy, we would never, never, ever, cable tie anybody to a bike with a tent peg stuffed up their arse.

best day out

Thanks Neil & Clive for the best day i've had in ages. Got up at 5.30 am to watch Rossi humiliate Honda & Gibbernoe. Been my first day out with my first digi camera. Lots of sun today, good food, a good pint, nice sceenery, loads of laffs, & good to see some new GSers. Barmaid was a bit of alright as well. Got home knackerd & Micheal Palins Hymalayers was breathtaking. Homebrew rounded the day off nicely. See you soon. Peter.

Big Thanks

For letting a non GS rider tag along on the Ford run.
Good to see all the old faces :P

Well, looks like I had a good weekend in Wiltshire with SWMBO, but missed a great day with awesome people.......
Gauloises, I am pretty sure that you will always be welcome with the group..... larfed at, but welcome none the less...... Forgive them O Gauloises, for they know not what it is like to ride the Orange thingie (I do not either)
Glad you guys had a great day out.:D :D :D

Well done Neil I had a whale of a time I can still taste the water now.

Big up to Clive for finding and negotiating all the fords during this part of our mission.

It's a bit strange that one of the country's best known heroes lived, for part of his life, in a shed by a busy rosd in Dorset, and what was the name of that council estate with thatched roofs that we rode through. :D

Nice to meet new and old GSer's and the interlopers. you know who you are.

I reckon that if we stand any chance of loosing Pete next time we will need to abandon the drop off system. :D

Hi Gates,
Pleased you are getting an Adventure.
Would have loved to see Neil, Kneeling in the wet....
And also to have done the ride.
My weekend though, was good enough to compensate....:hug :whip :stupid :loveheart

WaHay!!

Major big thanks to the fellas who did the leading thing for us lemmings at the weekend.

Any one know of some panniers for the front end of these uber machines then we can all (and I mean all) float across next time!

Cracking day and a great bunch. Had my first service done yesterday and not a drop of water anywhere.

Anyone seen the latest Ride mag. Pretty good if yer wantin some gear (to wear not to snort) and BM stuff is right up there.

Thanks again. Skippy
