I've been all over theses places on the roads and with work (bridges and roads) but not so much of the off road - prefer riding with others for security and backup.
So many of the tracks, like the one at Crackpot, I'd seen but not been on. Finished the off road there, bit loose...I sometimes wonder if the parks and autorities add so much loose large stone in hope it'll make things more difficult! Anyway, not difficult on these bikes, but rules out two-up on the bigger bikes. Many of the trails I did two-up on my R80/7 early 90s, and they were much easier then, oh well.
A final blast sown the roads back for a sumpteous ice cream at Brymor http://www.abmoore.co.uk/icecream.htm before home. The Elderflower is sublime!
Over a hundred miles (oh me *rse) with plenty off-road and a sheer joy.
By time I got home I was well tired, the evening visit to harriers for a hard workout running finished me off - like a wreck this morning, thighs ache, calf aches (which is already in recovery) - even the soles of me feet ache, maybe need some MX boots for all that standing up.
But todays a different day - yesterday was SPOT ON, cheers again John, my turn to show you something new to you next time

Must get up your way when I get my bike back together.
