i have personal reasons from previous dealings to give me my opinion on halfords, i presume i am allowed an opinion?
Without knowing all the facts maybe its not wise to conjector.

Then you should have the integrity to avoid them.

I wonder if you will regain some integrity and go back in to tell them that the first battery was okay, and that it was your error?

Al, I'm thinking of replacing the 3 AAA batteries in the remote for the Telly. I was going to go for Duracell ones from Mini Tesco but thought I should run it past you first. .
