Picked up a pair of these from Jonno and Steve's new workshop yesterday.

Well worth the money.

Tested them on the trails today and they are brilliant.

Also means I can get my XC in my Secure a Bike Shed without having to take the mirrors off.

They've got some nice bling bits for your XC in that there workshop.

At the risk of sounding a complete fool...

Just received my set. How on earth do you adjust these? I can't see how you can fold them in without using tools.

EDIT: Should point out mine is an F8, but I believe these are the same.

Worked it out; just loosen the point they pivot on just enough to allow the ratchet mechanism to worlk when you want it to move.

I got these on my F8 from Adventure Bike Warehouse too... GREAT price, especially if you compare them to Wunderlich and Touratechs!

Bumping up an old thread. I had seem these previously but Adventure Bike Warehouse now do not sell them. Does anyone know where I can source a pair from?

Thanks

Nigel

The Zen Overland ones look exactly like the ones that Adventure Bike Warehouse and Wunderlich used to sell and the same as the ones I have.

Not sure of the exact ones from Adventure Warehouse as the link is now dead, but how about these from Zen Overland?

Or there's always the Double Take system: http://www.adventure-spec.com/default/double-take-mirror.html

Got a brand new complete pair of Double Takes winging their way to me... which may very well be surplus to requirements by the time they arrive :augie

I had a pair of the once from Zen Overland, and only a ding makes them break off, now I have a pair of Double Takes which are absolutely awesome, worth every penny.

I've got them on mine and they've been on for 40k+ miles and to Mongolia & Siberia & back. Along the way I've binned it more times than I care to remember and they're still as good as new.

I presume that we are talking about Double Take mirrors and not the Zen Overland ones?!?!
