Following our Beerathon :clapat the camp out where we raised £79, we are organizing a charity ride out on the 5th june.
Starting out at the Oakdene cafe on the A20 wrotham and ending up at the hospice in sittingbourne at approx 3pm.
Exact timings will be posted shortly.
I think were up to around £150ish at the mo,I'm looking to try and give them a cheque for £500 if i can.
We have some separate pledges from Me ,Bert, and DW totalling £68.
The Childrens hospice does a fantastic job for the Children and their parents, and i feel that its an under supported cause.so come on guys and girls lets do the best we can.
Its a minimum of £5 a head to attend and it all goes to Demelza .
If you pledge beforehand, you'll be let off the ride fee.
with a bit o luck we'll even get a cuppa tea.
If you just want to pledge via paypal or cheque thats fine, pm me for details.
So get that bavarian tractor out of mothballs and lets ride.
I would really love to see hundreds of us,i would be very proud indeed.
Please list your name here if your coming.:beerjug::jager

Latest from demelza.

Hello Paul

Just to confirm that you and up to a dozen bikers are kindly coming down to Sittingbourne to meet David on Sunday 5th of June, just after 3pm, to deliver a cheque. As you are aware we have a Bereavement weekend at the Hospice, so much of the car park maybe busy. However there is a car-park to your right as you enter the Hospice, if the car park does appear to look busy.

The address is:

Demelza Kent
Rook Lane
Bobbing
Sittingbourne
Kent
ME9 8DZ

Thank you ever so much for choosing to support Demelza. If you have any questions regarding Sunday 5th June, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Kind regards

Sunday 5th would have been my shift working weekend, however due to my impending promotion I now work Mon - Fri and weekends are my days off....... Yippeee - Unless I have to cover for sickness and hols.

So I'm now able to attend. :D

Can I make a donation / contribution in cash to Pauly or Nigel at the Oakdene Cafe?
