Foot pegs

Hello, everyone reading this.

Looking for some info in adjustable foot pegs for a 1300GS (brothers bike). Hes struggling with gear changes and rear breaking with motocross boots on trails/green lanes.

Does anyone here know what fits? I have read that some 1200/1250 aftermarket pegs will fit. But thought I’d ask here for him as there’s a good sized pool of knowledge on here.

Does he know that the levers are adjustable? The gear lever has 2 forms of adjustment, one on the frame and a threaded bar (with lock nuts) on the linkage. A lot of movement there.

Thanks Martin. He does know about that but he needs some pegsthat are wider to make it more comfortable standing up.

SW Motech Ion has two positions and removable rubbers
Touratech Works lone distance do std and 20mm lower options
BMW also do two position pegs (probably Option 719 and 2-3 times the prices of the two above)

The footpeg hanger positions appear to be identical to the 1250 given all of these are advertised as for 1200/1250/1300.

1250 pegs definitely fit as I have had them on mine.

I can also vouch for the SW Motech pegs - adjustable and solid. I can shift gear with enduro boots no problem.

Lone Rider pegs are not cheap, but are top notch kit.

Brothers bike is the Option 719

I think he’s going to go SW Motech pegs, gear lever and rear brake lever.
