Just to Finish it a Soupcon of Melted mature cheddar over the onions, mushrooms and Steak and a fw birds eye chillies

Rounded off a delightful Cabernet Sauvignion!

Tres Bien Monsieur K Mais add some Peppers with the onions and mushrooms under the steak as you cook it with the Butter and Salt and pepper

Some get roasted by the grill and some of it frys in the steak juices

Some folks like it with Stilton but personnaly it's just plain damn fine with melted Mature cheddar!

Also thats just a lump of Rump steak and it was a tender and mouthwatering as it looks!

No fancy cuts here :-D
