This year we're unable to use our time share at Underscar, which is just north of Keswick. The dates are Sunday 28th June- Sunday 5th July

Retail for the week is somewhere around £1675, for sale here £1350.
Many tossers have used this place previously and I don't think any have been disappointed.
The cottage:
Sleeps 4, in 2 bedrooms, one with a huge double and the other a twin, plus a double sofa bed in the lounge, living/kitchen-diner upstairs with private balcony
- Spectacular fell views down across Keswick, Derwentwater, and Cat Bells and Newlands Valley from the lounge and balcony
- Dedicated parking space right outside
- Well equipped throughout, including 2 bathrooms, one of which has a stream room, lobby and drying cupboard for wet kit, the other a bit bath and shower
- fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer
- Apple TV, Sonos sound system
What's included with Underscar:
- Full use of on-site spa, pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and gym (7:30am–9pm daily). The pool is a decent pool you can actually swim in
- Bar and bistro on site
- Spa treatments available at resident rates
Location:
2 miles from Keswick. Walking direct from the door — Skiddaw, Catbells, Latrigg all accessible. 5 min drive to Keswick which has good shops and restaurants and a Booths supermarket
Week 26 is a cracking summer week — long days, the Lakes at their best.
