Long story short - had an ongoing argument with Garmin over a warranty issue - dragged on for ages.
Eventually they apologised and have sent me:
1) A sparkling new Garmin XT2
2) A Mounting plate adaptor to pop it onto a BMW Nav Cradle.
3) The box comes with the ball mount in the box which you can maybe see in the image.
Its never been powered on, the screen protector hasn't been taken off - the sealed mounting part packets are still sealed. I only opened it for photos.
Please look at Garmins info pages / youtube unboxing vids if you want to fully understand the package and how it might fit your bike please. I have included an image of an adaptor plate on a nav cradle for illustration only - my understanding is that is how it fits on.
My missus bought me another nav which is now mounted - as she got sick of me whining about it - so this unit is going up for sale.
Nav Price is £530 and the adaptor plate is around £30.
So I'm bundling it - selling it in one package posted to UK for paypal F&F - for £460 all in.
