For your consideration: Not Dead Yet - The Video Series

Oisin,
I could write all soft of stuff that no doubt could be called 'soft shite' and if you were a close mate I could call you all sorts of un-mentionable things as you do to friends who you love and care for.

But as I only know you through the religious and repeated watching of your all your videos I can't do either. So all I can say is that me and my best girl have enjoyed and loved watching all of you videos. The books will hopefully arriving as present on our joint birthday in a few weeks.

I appreciate why you did what you did, but many thanks for putting them back up. They are great we have travelled a little by motorbike beyond Europe and your videos have been fantastic to reinforce what we have to do.

So many thanks for all your hard work, and the love and dedication you have put into the vidoes.

The beers are on me. :beerjug:
Take care
Steve and Jane

Great watch Bigfella, up to Episode 32 at the mo. Only a few left to watch now :-(
If Nick Sanders can get his travels on Motors TV, i'm sure you can.

Fantastic Oisin

Please come back to Facebook too, the journeys and the videos are absolutely fantastic!! The whole family have watched them !!

Thank you thank you thank you

Dr Rich ;-)

Oisin, I mean this from the bottom of my heart, you need a good boot in the hole :aidan

Pay no attention to any analytical bullshit, it only tells you so much, it doesn't tell you about all the conversations people are having with their friends and family about how great your videos are, it doesn't tell you how many people can't wait for the news that you've got a deal to have them shown on TV, it doesn't tell you how many people you have inspired to get off their arse and see the big bad world.

In one month most of your videos have got between 1500-2000 views, it might not sound like much to you but imagine all those people standing infront of you and you would soon realise.

I've even started reading your book and I hate reading, first one in over 10 years.

The only problem there is with the videos is that we've run out of ones to watch :tears

Get your facebook up and running again and set yourself up a page/group, publicise yourself and I'm sure we'll all be only too happy to share the things you post up. :thumb2

Good luck with everything and if you ever feel like nobody gives a stuff again just come on here and read the 150+ comments that are nothing short of glowing admiration.

That just about sums it up Daisy . :thumb :beerjug::beerjug:

Oisin,

I agree, Daisy just about sums it up here.

Like many, I have thoroughly enjoyed your reporting, vids, sense of humour, your taste in music on these vids :blagblah:blagblah:blagblah

Every time I have viewed the journey my good lady, Jo, though not always watching, would say "Is that that guy on his travels again"? This was mainly due to the 'signature tune' in the background on your vids.
I mentioned to her that all your vids had been pulled and when I read your post that you had made them public again she asked for the link for, Tweet purposes!

This evening Jo informed me that she Tweeted Charlie B & Russ M (hey, don't blame me! :thumb) as well as one of her followers, who has a TV production company (Jonathon Richards - Cameraman/Director/Editor), who in turn re-Tweeted it to CB & RM and also to Claudio Von Planta, who did the LWR/LWD.

See, word travels very quickly, even when you don't think anything is going on in the background.
As Daisy rightly points out, analytics don't tell you this.

Good luck with anything that comes your way, you deserve it , and a final thanks from me for all your efforts in producing these vids for all to see.

Well said :clap

Now my wife don't care much for bikes, but by heck she likes these videos, and likes nothing better than to settle down on an evening after we've put the kids to bed and broke out a glass of wine, and, " has Oisin posted up any more videos we could watch ?"

Now if you've sold it to her, there's definitely something marketable there....

Magic, and like I've said before, better than Nick Saunders stuff by a country mile.

Bloody well done, and

Very entertaining. I like the camera work, though I do hope you're not still riding the bike one handed while holding the camera with the other hand...... I even like the music, mostly. I started watching this at about 4pm Friday Night, and up to 20 minutes ago was still watching them. Will watch the rest of them on my night shift Saturday night, which should see me through a large portion (ooerr) of my night shift.

You really should get them some more publicity. I think your analytical stuff doesnt tell the whole story....

Shame you couldnt get a rear shock, but you probably got one thats better than the BMW shite by fitting Hyper Pro.

Whats on the cards next?

Oh and by the way did you stay at one hotel twice?? I seem to remember a view of a very dark hotel corridor with doors off to the sides, and then later on in another video I was certain I saw the same hotel again?

Am I going mad????

Keep up the good work...

Mark.....

Thank you

Pictures, words, music. Oisin you are a wonderful story teller. How you could take the time and effort to constantly stop and talk to the camera even in times of adversity I will never know. I am very grateful that you did though.
With stories like this you will never be playing to an empty room.
Once again thank you.

Glenn.
