Don't know about a paint code, but for touch ups I have used satin black hammerite spray . Full a complete refurb I just went with powder coat.

For a full re-furb, I went for Hammerite smooth and avoided powder-coat because I can then touch-up any future wear and tear.

The best time to get you subframe refinished is when you just about have to remove it to change the clutch.Thats when i did mine...

I've just done the rust on my 1200 GSA centre stand and used PJ1 FAST BLACK GLOSS PAINT. Absolutely cacking stuff to sray with and has given a great finish. You can't tell it from the original. It's quite a thick spray - rather like Hammerite.

Got the recommendation off here. Quite happy to now recommend to others!
