Frame Touch-up Paint

Dropped bike again today???? Luckily minimal damage only to engine bars, pannier and bar guard.

I need to touch up the engine bar paint and a small scratch on the frame has anybody found a touch up paint from halfords that looks Ok.

Also has anybody any ideas for a skid bung to protect the panniers in this kind of low impact spill? The damage is only cosmetic to the ally cover on the pannier, maybe a piece of Nylatron or similar (or what ever they make knee sliders from)?
