Last time I took we sailed from Portsmouth, but took one day. I think it was Easter 2019.
This time I'm looking at two nights on the boat that I'd rather avoid to be fair.

It is a bloody long way away, circa 650-700 miles from St.Malo.
Doable, but you will not want ride the bike for a couple of days after.
@Arsey done it in one day, on his Husky 701LR from San Vicente de la Barquera to his place in Brittany (an hour away from St. Malo), and from memory it was 690 miles, leaving Spain at around 4am and arriving in Brittany around 10pm.
Thank you for clarifying this. I couldn’t quite remember the timing. Not quite.
Think I left at 0530 and I got to my house at 2030, but I did go via a fav restaurant for dinner .
Routes would be great, thanksWe are doing similar in May. Overnight ferry to Caen, to give us a clear journey to Limoges, via Oradour Sur Glane.
The Campanile de Gare in Limoges is unusually in the town and opposite a large open area. The hotel has underground parking and the attached restaurant was superb back in 2018.
The second night is carcassonne, a more usual campanile on an industrial estate.
After that we are using paradors, the first one in Lleida. We have two nights at a small place in the sierras and then head back to Bilbao.
If you want to look at the routes, pm me and I’ll send them. They are on MRA.
