Had my 48K service and MOT this week and as usual the whole experience was a pleasure. Knowing the tank had to come off I arrived with a petrol light that had been on for 25 miles so safe to say 1/2 a gallon remaining - plenty for a test ride. However when I came to settle up Matt informed me that they had put a tenner in at the adjacent BP garage 'to be on the safe side'. Matt then proceeded to refuse my tenner so I ended up with more than enough juice to get back to Worcester.
A nice gesture that goes a long way (on top of Matt's 'special discount') , and for me sums up the determination of Matt and his team to go that extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction.
As usual I bagged one of the work stations in the quiet area upstairs so I still got my days work in with a choice of hot and cold drinks, pastries and biscuits on tap.
Thanks all, see you next time
