Front Brake No Longer Squeal

Bike been in for brake mod today at B/B Crewe. Done while I waited (60mins). The squeal has now gone! Thanks to the B/B lads and BM. Only a pity it was not identified before bike was released. Happy now though.

Still awaiting topbox mod.

What was the mod? Do you have any pics? My bike is due for service in two weeks time.

Sorry Ian no pictures. They change the bushes on the front brake disc mounts. Only if you have had brake squeal do they carry out this mod. It is called a quality enhancement. Therefore is not classed as a recall.

They did - a bit of brake squeal is trivial. You're all miserable moaning b***rds. And in any case my brakes dont squeal.
