Ive just fitted the screen I bought from Redboots but it has raised a dilemma. Cos Ive got the 43ltr tank, someone took off the original gs fairing and fitted a twin headlamp setup which is a bit Heath Robinson, looks OK but it is a bit exposed to the elements.
I would like to go back to an original type fairing (I know I will have to modify the side panels to fit the HPN tank) or fit a different fairing that will protect the instrument panel.
Any ideas, or has anyone got an original?? :augie

Which GS do you have? If you talking about sidepanels I am thinking it must be a PD design

The basic R80/R100GS cocpit fairing design will not interfere with the tank at all.

OK. My Bertha is a 100gs. The front end has all been replaced with the exception of the instrument panel. The twin headlamp setup ( Honda Baja I believe) was bolted to the forks but my complaint is that it leaves the back of the panel open to the elements and it is also not as stable at speed being a "handlebar fairing". I would like to go to the standard setup, possibly without the roo bars but I was under the impression that the sides of the fairing would not fit the HPN tank.
