Front Paddock Stand 1200 GS

Looking for a Front Paddock Stand - or whatever others use to support the front end for my 1200 GS.

Have you tried the front wheel removal tool - or has anyone else for that matter.

like Nadeem says, the Touratech one is the best I've seen. Ordered one but have not yet to use it, will give it a try next week.

never tried it 'but will a jack under the front of the skid plate not lift it (just a thought)

I haven't got one but a mate bought the TT item and it looked like a decent piece of kit ...he bought it to take with him whilst touring...he hasn't used it yet.

I've had the front wheel off to change the front tyre.

I took the bash plate off then put a trolley jack under the sump (protected with a piece of wood) and this lifted the front off easily.

The front wheel removal tool is easy to use - insert it into the spindle, then put a ratchet/socket over the other end to loosen and re-torque.

GS Monkey - Did you use a torque wrench or just guess?

...with it being the front wheel spindle and all, I decided to use a torque wrench. I'm not very good at guessing
