Quite a long way from the top
Having not even looked at our bikes since the Cambrian Rally 'twas decided Sunday just past was the ideal time for a jolly round the green lanes of Kent.
Mark on his 690, Giles on his slick-shod Wr and myself on the trusty WR200 were joined by John on his CRM and new boy Paul on a Gasser 300.

Since I have neither Giles' ability on a bike or his famed story telling attributes I'll rely on a vid made with the helmet camera I bought off GrinningGSer on here, cheers for the tips Paul :thumb2

No edits, just me wobbling about on some icy lanes, hope you enjoy :D

It's genuinely unwatchable, I don't know if you've uploaded in the lowest resolution settings?

I look forward to watching it properly fella!

The lanes you were on looked like nice trails and 'Big bikeable'

Where did you ride?

Very roughly, Pilgrims Way from Maidstone down to Charing, up towards Challock Gliding Club and on towards Chilham. Used lanes to get back towards Wye where the video was taken and back home via Sandwell and the Pilgrims Way again, took about 3 hours not including a stop for Apple Pie and custards at the Blue and White Cafe :fnikefork:
I've wobbled that route before on a Tenere, though some icy chalk steps were a bit of a challenge this time around - I'll post a vid of those too if I can work out what I did wrong the first time

I've done the pilgrims way and up to the gliding club but not the lanes down the other side into Wye ....... I'm thinking I need to get me some TKC's for my 990!

Nice one Mr Gooner! (as long as you don't post vids of me cross rutted ... :D)
