What is the hdd manuf and model?
I had an instance with a Seagate Barracuda 7200, which bricked itself, a search of google revealed a way using an old nokia data cable to 'speak' at basic level to the hdd and reset the firmware to allow it to work again.
Recovered all the data and the hd functioned in another 'browser pc' untill it went fubar again a ayear later and once again gave the symptoms you describe.
Google is your friend...

HTH

I'd love to help but could you translate the quoted sentence please?

Is this a Desktop or a laptop? What make & model? How long was it functioning correctly?
What's happening at POST (Power On Self Test), anything unusual or different from normal?
You say F9, F12 and 'Del' does not work, does the keyboard work at all? Is it a type that requires additional drivers, or wireless or bluetooth?

As you say you're running Windows 7 64 bit this implies modern hardware so do you actually have any internal or external IDE drives attached?
It may be a failed disk but it also may be that one of your devices is interfering with the boot process.
Have you changed your hardware configuration in any way since the last successful boot?
Are there any DVDs or CDs in the drives at boot time?

You could try unplugging all external devices and see if the Desktop/Laptop boots any further. If it does reboot start again and keep adding the external devices one by one till it stops.
