Fuel gauge broken within 50 miles

I sent in a polite but very stinging letter, and now the guy remembers me!

Phone call yesterday re clutch ..... 'yes Mr Lamb, no Mr Lamb, we'll pick it up and deliver it back to you on Friday My lamb .....'

There's no point screaming and shouting as you say, but there is a time to tell 'em to pull all the stops out for a loyal customer or you'll be writing to head office.... :thumb2

I see your point, but the trouble is that my grievance is not with the dealer, but more to do with faulty products, which I'm guessing the dealers are just as frustrated about.

At the end of the day it's not exactly a major issue, it's not as though I've been stranded in the middle of nowhere. Its just frustrating for reasons already mentioned. I guess on the positive side I get to try out different bikes :thumb
