The injection on the HP is seriously pissing me off. I had it re-mapped once which seem to settle things down for a few weeks.

It's impossible to be smooth with the feckin thing surging like a bastard, a real pain in arse on these slippy winter mornings, especially at low speed on islands...

It's going back in hopefully within the week. Anybody else suffering!

I did read a while ago on this ere forum of someone selling his because it was that bad and just couldn't seem to be rectified...:nenau

I'll be fecked if I'm sticking something like a PowerCommander on it...

I did have a bit of duff running earlier in the year - four new spark plugs rectified that though.

I had a coil replaced in warranty. Tech told me to always ride after washing the bike, because coils maybe fail from water stuck in there. I did not have any messages (EWS or yellow triangle) to indicate that I had a coil failure. Other than that I would check the throttle cables, valve clearances with Rocker arms endplay. Power commander will not help if you have a problem with the bike. First try new spark plugs. I hope you sort this out and enjoy the bike.
