Lots of similar images on the interweb. The last of the 'works' Six Days bikes. I saw them being ridden at Brioude, France in 1980. Big promotional effort as the G/S was launched that year. There are many replicas out there. I believe the forks, front wheel, tank and seat were adapted Maico enduro parts.

Give these guys a call Mike, they make the tanks but ....... 1,they are fecking expensive and 2, they speak terrible English!
When I was dealing with them I would call them up and half an hour later his English speaking friend would call me back to translate ( badly)
