Nice one Warlord, I am going with this Splashguard, a little bit shorter than the Mudsling so no swingarm or tyre issues hopefully, and it bolts to the frame....

Mine does it too. Machine Art Mudsling. My tyre just catches sometimes, mainly when cornering. I'm sure the tyre deflects slightly and just catches. Nothing when it's removed.
