'Cos, apparantly I'm at risk now, I got my flu jab and a pneumonia one at the same time last week, although in different arms. My arms were louping by Friday.

Been to see the doc today, he was about as sympathetic as you lot ( Moo excepted.) At east he gave me lots o pills n antibiotics, told me to expect another week of feeling weak. That’s nice

Reminds me of the time when my Auld Auntie Annie (a spinster lady all her days) went to her GP complaining of a rather unpleasant discharge. He asked her to strip off and stand with one foot up on a chair. After donning surgical gloves, he gave my old Auntie a thorough internal examination. He then told her that there was nothing abnormal that he could find and asked her how she was feeling.
"Braw Doctor. Just Braw," she replied. "...but whit aboot the discharge fae mah nose that I'm here aboot?"
