My 1986 G/S has a upside down brake actuator arm and a special rear brake cam to reverse the brake arm rotation direction.

It works well but i want to change it back to original .

If anybody wants the brake cam (its been profesionally made) so that they can have the actuator lever in the top position i would swop it for your original cam .

Got it sorted -
From HPM
- Cam is for the standard brake actuator configuration(downward)
- It was fitted incorrectly (upwards)
- Brake shoe broke when i took it of , HPM said they was the wrong brake shoe and that their modified shoes should be used (£130)

So basically everything was wrong .
The moral of the story for me is - if you don't know what your doing just leave everything standard , just as it left the factory.
Ive put it back to the standard setup.
Just glad that lump of break shoe didn't fall off while i was riding it.
