G450X chain guide

they fit perfectly if you buy the chain gaurd that fully goes around the chain.

I'v got those above and below, i think ik keeps the chain cleaner and when i fall down (ponce agian) the chain is not goining throug my boots.

I think with smaller sprockets it will keep the chain from eating into metal.

its for if you fit the 14t or 13t front sprocket. i fitted mine straight away when i first got the bike home.

I just got my spares package today from the dealer which comes with a chain guard which looks a bit clumsy but saves the chain.

Reason 1- They look like they will clog up with mud:cool:

Yes, I'm worried about that.

On the other hand I once got so much sand and dirt stuck between the sprocket/chain/guard when doing hill climbing that it took a lot of effort to clean and unlock the tyre and roll down again. I didn't make to the top:tears I tried several times but for my defence no-one made it that day. Maybe the tunnel would keep the sand out from the chain and dragged to the sprocket :nenau

i was going to fit this today but its a bit of a pain to fit with the chain still in place. does the chain need to be removed to fit it?

i had it5 for 20-30 hours on my bike.
ideaal for very muddy rides, the chain keeps clean.
but i foundt it not handy for lubracating the chain(i alwa\ys do the inside of the chain).
With these chain guide there will be no stones coming in the chain etc.
Why did i removed it? i didnt had much muddy rides for this seasons, a lot of dry tides so there for i removed it.

there is not much dirt in the chainguide, no worry,s.

a nother aspect is that with this chain guide when you fall under the bike youre chain will not saw into youre leg if the bike is still running.
