G450X hand guards

Hi All,

I'm looking for some hand and lever protectors for an '09 GX.

I don't want the plastic type that you normally see.

What I'd like (and I've seen them in the past) is the type that are just a simple aluminium bar that sits in front of the knuckles and attaches to the bar end.

Anyone know where I could get a set of these to fit on standard bars?

they look good

i use acerbis rally pro hand guards. got them from dennis winter for about £60 or so

theyre really strong and look pretty good. saved my levers countless times

when you fit these type of guard keep the bolts not too tight so if you drop the bike the guard rotates and acts as a 'shock absorber' and reduces the chances of bending the handlebars.

i broke mine alu acerbis handguards wich were sold with the beemer....
now i got plastick also acerbis on, steer is lighter and stil they protect my hands.knuckles from stones and forrest things.

still have to welt thr alu one's back i hate it wenn stuff lays arounf broken in my garage.

These gards are great. I drop the bike often and have had no damage

We screwed the original plastic supplied guards on the bracket. I smashed those ob my first ride.

i broke those..
afters smashing on the rocks in poprtugak the were bebted.. i bented them back but the last ride i did and hit the groud it broke. other then that they are great, but fall to much i guess
