For Sale G650 X Country

This X Country is a 2007 model, and was only manufactured between 2007-10. It has 30,681 miles on the clock.
It does not have ABS fitted.

I have owned the bike for around 2 years, and always kept in my dry bike shed when not in use.

As shown in photos, bike has numerous “extras” fitted-

X -Tank - 7 litre extra fuel tank, gives the bike a total range of over 200 miles.
Wunderlich screen,
Acerbis hand guards,
12 volt socket ,
Oxford Premium Adventure Heated grips and controller,
4 way fuse box, with LEDs,
K&N re-useable /washable Air Filter,
SW Motech Centre Stand,
Scorpion silencer,
DirtBagz soft panniers and frames,
Iridium spark plugs,
Motobatt gel battery,
Garmin sat nav mount for Zumo 595 (sat nav not included!) This can be removed if not required.

Currently has Heidenau K60 Scout Dual Sport tyres , which have excellent grip in dry and wet conditions. Not used in full off road mode , but very handy for gravel and tiny Norfolk lanes.

With the Hot Rod Welding X-Tank fitted, the range of the bike is in excess of 200 miles, and gives a total fuel capacity of a little over 16 litres. This gives the bike a much better “touring range”, which has always been a downside for the X Country designated bikes. Range anxiety is no longer a concern !

I am only selling this great little bike due to failing eyesight, so sadly have been unable to ride or drive over last few months. I bought the bike as I wanted a lighter bike than my R100GS PD. The X Country has plenty of power with the very reliable Rotax engine and is great fun to ride - BMW should never have stopped making them !

Been in contact with Tilly from MotorWorks, but he's had to delay his quest for an X Country, so bike is still available. I'll be putting it on SORN from the end of this month, so it wont be getting any winter riding! I should be so lucky ........
Open to sensible offers.

Hi Longjohn,
I have had a couple of people wanting to buy just the X Tank, but I would like to try and sell the bike complete with the tank and luggage etc., if possible. The bike will be going on SORN, and I'll see if I get any interest over the winter. So, might have a re-think and will put items up on the Forum then. Keep your eyed peeled !!!

I took the bike for its MOT yesterday, ( actually my friend rode it there for me .....) and it passed with no Advisories, - now good until Xmas 2026 !

I'll drop the price to a giveaway £3200 as Winter is not the best time to sell .
