g650x brake pads

ebc seems like a good low cost option

now do i go for normal pads or sintered?

Hi,
changed mine a few weeks ago, used Lucas, 'organic'.
reading throught the foreign forums, it seems that sintered pads eat into the disk.

I used F650GS OEM BMW (Brembo) ones about £20 a set, from a main dealer

Dearer, but plenty of feel and kinder to the discs

I'd sooner buy more pads, than more discs

Im also preferring normal pads - in mud conditions they wear pretty quick but saves brake discs.

Just ordered up some EBC std compund pads f&r £33 total, found the brakes with ABs to be damn good, no point chancing warping the disc with the heat produced from sintered pads.
