Galaxy S2 Tab unlocking?

Ive been offered a Galaxy S2 tab 9.7" for £200. Its only 3 months old but is locked to EE. Is there a way to unlock it to use on the O2 network reasonbly cheaply? Gordon T.

Depending where you live there could be a few local shops that can do it. The person who owns it can also ask EE to unlock it, they may do it for free or charge a tenner or something. It isn't amazingly cheap looking at Amazon so consider your options carefully.

I will try to knock £40 off the price as that's what the local shop said it would cost to do.

When a phone is locked to a network it's for a reason. The network subsides the cost of the phone over a period-usually 2 years. The network should be able to unlock a phone that is out of contract for free. The internet is full of chancers who will promise to unlock a phone and will take your money but are unable to do so. JJH
