Just a quicky, Thunder's Storm is playing a blinder, heading down to Zebra Bat we did over 50 miles off road on piste and crap to the border, the WP suspension just did what it was meant to.

All the work has been worth it, trip of a lifetime with people who pull together when the shot hits the fan. :thumb

Just wit for. The reports pictures and video, oh yeah and it appears I have loads of local kids shouting "fuck off ya bassard" in a broad Belfast accent! :D

Well the bike is now sitting at the airport drained of fuel and with the battery disconnected in preparation for being loaded on to the plane tomorrow for the flight back to Manchester. As I'll be sitting on the same plane I was bloody sure to get every drop of fuel out of the tank, being a classic airhead this was a doddle, tank off tip out and done. Not so for the 1200 owners, took ages to sort them out, there's progress for ya :D

Full reports, pictures and even video will follow, for now I'll take advantage of the hotel, pool and bar. :jager

Am here actually, got bikes cleared through customs thanks to some excellent work by Vantec shipping agents, the look of joy on 4 Tossers faces when they came out of the bonded ware house was something to behold I can tell you! :D

Was going to kill time up at Neil23's but after losing fluids at both ends at the junction of the M6 and M56 services decided a direct route to the ferry terminal was more adviseable. Currently freezing my nuts off, dizzy and nauseous with a 7 hour wait till we sail but at least there is a public convienience close by.

Feel free to call in if your passing, well anyone but Coxxy that is, I value me bike in one piece!!! :rolleyes:

ps I suddendly fancy a bacon buttie, is this a good sign?

Absolutely no idea. Personally had to hit the imodium only once before and that was because of viewing the phrase "all you can eat" as a challenge rather than an advertisement.:blast

Seems to be working it's way through the group, Ms Cheeks was very poorly on the flight back but glad to say she's a lot better now.

Hopefully I've managed to empty the system of all the offending material, certainly hope so, there's been enough of it!!:eek:
 
That Sub continental dust gives it Creedance and a Major bit of "Karma" sorta I been an Dun it!!

One guy built her to do a similar run and never did and How many years later she's rebuilt and she did it at last !

So the storm does what she was designed to do! And May I ask Was she all you hoped for?

Well I hope that's subcontinental Dust and not something that escaped yer trewser leg!

Have sub continental dust coming out of every pore and orifice, Gerricke's Tuareg suit is now a flattering ochre brown in places but was just the job in Africa. Heated clothing, gaucho and muffs got me through the snows of Europe, when it started heating up the Tuareg kept the air flowing and I didn't suffer crotch rot like some in more conventional gear! :eek:
