For Sale Garage/Lock-Up in Aviemore

Maybe the oddest thing for sale on here?
I have a chance to buy a spare Garage/lock-up nearer my house, so offering this for a quick sale.
I bought this many years ago when I was planning to build a business in Aviemore, (which I am now running-down)
It's a single garage and driveway.
I can park my 110 Defender in there, or my 10x5 twin-axle trailer and still have room to walk around.
Looking for £12k ish
No power or water (I experimented with a solar panel and a turbine in the past)
Any interest?

Seems like a good deal. Power supply via a generator is easy and I am sure an ingenious person can sort out a basic non-drinking water supply

I had my Defender in there when COVID started, had to wait ages to collect it, and had to replace the battery as a result

Just FYI.... I took the up-and-over door off to gain height so I could get my Defender in, it wasn't high enough and I needed the extra 5cm.. ..
It's been drier since the wooden doors too... More air circulation and less condensation I guess

You would have thought the property it shares the garden would have bought it, they could even take the window out and put a door in its place.

If I was them I'd have bought it to ensure somebody didn't start using it to run a business or some other anti-social activity from !

Shame really as I'd have been very interested if it was a bit closer than 550 miles / 10 hours away

not to mention the cost of them having to buy a plot of adjacent land and the build a garage. It would indeed seem an obvious buy for the neighbour
