Garmin 2610 Mount

HI,

Having just bought a 2610, I was looking for some advice on the best way to mount the unit on a 1200.

I've spoken to a few who use the Concepts Mount, which I like, but just wantd to know what other choices are out there? Also anyone tell me do I need to buy the Garmin unit mount to attach it to the bike and cable to be able to wire it into the bikes battery?

Garmin 2610

Yes you will need the power lead which costs about £24/25 from GPS world. This can then be hardwired into the auxilliary socket under your seat. See my reply to the thread on the technical forum under Power Socket.
