Garmin 2610 or TomTom Rider ?

2610 sold out at GPSW as of today.
I was talkin to them today on phone, there all gone. boo hoo!!!

Well that's not what they told me this afternoon !!!


I called them to ask when my 2610,which I ordered last week will be despatched.

They told me that they were out of stock but had more arriving this Friday and would send the orders next week

Yes, that is right. I ordered mine this afternoon and received confirmation at 1429h and at 1501h - (I don't thnk I will get two because the order number was the same in both e-mails)! I didn't delay my order to go into the intricacies of mounting so if anybody has any good ideas they will be much appreciated. (On a 1200GS with a GSA screen - which means an extra support.)

Confirmation

I had a nice e-mail today from 'Sandra' at gps warehouse telling me that there would be a further delivery of the 2610 's on Friday. If that is what you want I suggest you don't delay! (Yes, it seems that I had ordered two in error - so at least one more will be available)

for every day use plus bike use 2610 every time i have 2610 my brother has tomtom.even he likes mine and wish's he'd bought a garmin.buy 2gb card download maps and off you trot and now the price is peanuts for such a good peice of kit.the us military use them in iraq .and still get lost
